There are a number of features and services which we can incorporate into your web site design at additional cost, which you may feel would benefit you, your customers, or both.
We can build online forms for your customers to complete, while they are
visting your web site. The contents of the form will then be e-mailed directly
to you. This has a number of distinct advantages.
First it means that your potential customer can contact you immediately, even
when you're not available. The e-mail will simply wait for you to read it,
and you can respond when it suits you.
Your customer does not need e-mail to send the information - it is done over
the internet.
Since the form is filled in while they are looking at your web site, you remove
the risk of your customer forgetting to phone you, losing your phone number
etc.
Designing a simple form (name , address, telephone, e-mail address, and query/comment
fields) for your site will cost around £20. This is a one off payment,
and you can use it as often as you like, for as long as you're with BNS.
We can also provide regular reports on the number of visitors who have visited
your site, when they visited, which sites they came from, which web pages
they looked at etc.
These statistics are manually compiled by us, and e-mailed to you. Costs for
this service vary with your requirements, the complexity of your website,
and also the amount of visitors you get to your website. (5000 visitors generates

What would you use them for?
Well some of our customers pay to advertise on a number of other web sites,
like tourist web sites and so on. By having access to the information described
above, they can decide whether or not to discontinue their subscription to
a certain site, because very few visitors come from there, to our customers
own site.
What's a banner advert? You have probably visited web sites where ther is
an animated advert, enticing (nagging?) you to visit a web site somewhere,
buy a product etc. These animations are called banner ads, and we can offer
these for use on your site. These are useful if you want to bring your customer's
attention to a particular piece of information - maybe a special deal you
are currently offering.
These usually cost around £10 - £15 depending on their complexity.
Again, this is a single cost when the banner is added to your web site design.
